My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet HUEY! Huey is an 10-11 month old Corgi/ Staffordshire Terrier (?) mix. Huey is super happy-go-lucky and very very goofy. He LOVES every human and every dog he meets no matter what size and he even gets along with kitties. Huey enjoys and solid belly rub and an array of plush toys to choose from.

Huey didn't have the best start to life. He was dumped at the Harbor Animal Shelter in November '11. He was the adopted only to be viciously attacked by the adopter's two dogs and then returned to the shelter. With Huey's playful, endearing and loving personality he quickly won over the hearts of the shelter volunteers and staff. They were determined to get him out and they did just that! When we saw the video of Huey and heard his story we simply could not turn this little pup away. Huey is now resting and recovering (had Cherry Eye surgery) and learning to be a pampered pup
