BELINDA IS ADOPTED's Story...
BELINDA IS ADOPTED. YAY! She will be companion to BES Alumni, Bart. Yay!

Please review our shelter info and policies right here on Adopt A Pet and also on our website. Please no inquiries from minors or folks in transient situations.

Belinda is a funny bunny. She's a typical mini lop, very active, and very cute. She is now about five or six years old, getting up there for a mini lop. She loves to dig to China in her baby pool and she loves to binky and run laps in there too. She is high energy and perfectly content with life. She only likes people who have taken the time to get to know her and then she's happy to have them pet her as much as you like. But she can be very attached to her objects like pellet bowl and toys, don't take them from her without being polite. Also, she is worried someone may try to steal her prized baby pool condo so she doesn't like hands being stuck in there without you taking the time to say hello and be polite. She is funny but she doesn't bite. She's adorable but she is the queen of all she surveys so please act accordingly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BELINDA IS ADOPTED, a Rockville Mini Lop was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mini Lop for sale in Rockville, or seeking a Mini Lop from a breeder in Rockville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rockville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rockville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mini Lop breeders who help with Mini Lop rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rockville paves the way for another one to be saved.
