Meet Oliver! He just arrived and his foster family tells us:

Oliver is your typical fun-loving, eager-to-please one-year old! He is an adorable mix with, we think, yellow Lab. He has a luxuriously thick soft coat and the cutest patch of white on his chest. At only about 45 pounds, he is a great size. Oliver loves people and dogs alike and positively wiggles whenever he gets to meet a new friend!

It seems that Oliver is no stranger to the family lifestyle. He knows how to "sit" and has good house manners. He loves browsing the toy basket and picking out one toy after another to enjoy only momentarily, until it's time to get the next one! Oliver is curious and playful, being only a year old, and is ready to play with a doggy sibling or to be your solo GRFR boy. We do not have any kiddos or kitties in our home so we're not sure how he is around them. Stairs were apparently new for Oliver but his foster brother has taught him they're nothing to be afraid of and are actually quite fun to race up and down. He has the "Velcro-Golden" personality, following you wherever you go and then he lies down quickly when it's time to stop and catch up on dishes or laundry.
