Remi's Story...
Remi (short for Remington) is a sweet and shy little girl who loves nothing more than to be loved on. She is great with other dogs after a proper introduction and is good with cats. She is also fantastic with children! Remi is eager-to-please, intelligent and playful. She is just over a year old and weighs in around 35 lbs. Hard to tell what kind of dog she is, but if we had to guess, we would say border collie/whippet/shepherd. She is fully vetted, up-to-date on shots and spayed. She is great on a leash and looks to her human for direction. This sweet girl is desperate for a new home where she can build her confidence and shower her owner with kisses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Remi, a Nashville Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
