Avery's Story...
Shy is not a word we would use to describe Avery! Avery is an incredibly affectionate cat that loves interacting with her people. She takes an interest in everything you do, especially when she senses you're about to spend some quality time petting and snuggling with her! Don't forget to bring out the brush during your quality time together...Avery will roll around practically begging you to brush her tummy, her sides, and basically anywhere she has fur!

Avery has an inquisitive nature that causes her to be quite curious about her surroundings. She loves to climb on the cat condos in her room where she can keep an eye out for any treats she might've overlooked from ground level. She loves treats!

Avery gets along fine with her kitty roommates. She is excited to meet her new people and start a new life of spending quality time with them! To learn more - www.azrescue.org.

About Our Rescue Group...
RESCUE is a registered non-profit volunteer based animal rescue organization located in Maricopa County. RESCUE has no central facility and is volunteer run. Our focus is on the "kill lists." We were founded in 1995, and with the support of our volunteers and our community, we have found homes for over 9,000 dogs and cats. Our motto is for every animal adopted, we are back to rescue another. We depend on the community for our support and offer a variety of satisfying ways for you to get involved in our mission to end the killing of the orphaned dogs and cats. Please consider adopting, volunteering or donating.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We do not have a shelter. We are at various special events around the valley. Please see our Upcoming Events section on our website for further information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of our wonderful animals.
Our Adoption Process...
Fill out an online application, have an interview with a Matchmaker, if we are in philosophical alignment, set up a meet and greet and if all goes well finalize the adoption. Our service fee for dogs is $150 and $125 for cats. All our dogs and cats are spayed and neutered prior to adoption.
