Charlie 2's Story...

Male, 3 yr old, about 8 lb. Up-to-date on shots, and neutered. Fine with dog-savvy adults and other small dogs. Charlie worries about strangers but makes up to people quickly... then, he's your best friend. He has a seizure disorder that is under control with medications, twice a day. No seizure activity since arrival. Vet checked with lab done. Takes his meds in either peanut butter or cheese. Not a problem... gobbles them right down.  Very devoted to his person. Loving little man who enjoys sleeping in your bed. Well housebroken, not a barker, and the love of my life.

He's a sweet guy that is looking for a forever home. Adoption fee is $150  Contact foster mom in Grand Coulee, WA, notdot@mindspring.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie 2, a Seattle Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
