Miss Bailey was taken from an owner that totally neglected her. She was chained all her life, and as you can see, was not fed very well. She is geting rehab at the moment, and also, she is hw positive, but will be treated shortly as well, once her strength comes back. She is an awesome and loveable dog. 2-7-12
