Little Honey in San Antonio's Story...
Yesterday pm I found a little dog that is part JRT with the sweetest personality. She weighs about 12 lbs and looks like a young'n. She gets along well and minds, is OK on a leash. She is not house trained, but she does ok on a leash and understands,"no." So far she hasn't barked, which is a blessing to me, I'm hoping the management doesn't notice another dog.

The long and short is I NEED HELP finding this sweet little girl a home. I've recently had congestive heart failure and it's ongoing, so that makes things difficult for me. I just can't keep her very long and am looking for solutions.

Just trying to save a wonderful sweet pet!

Thank you and God bless you for all your wonderful work.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Honey in San Antonio, a San Antonio Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
