Taz's Story...
Taz is a sweet little man that loves other dogs and people. He came to us from a northern rescue when it was thought that the bump on his face might be something serious. It is a broken cheekbone but when we xrayed it was found to be lined up well enough to heal and would not need any further care. It may go down or it may stay up. Only time will tell.
We are looking for a home with another dog for Taz to learn from. And we would like to have someone who is home more often then not as Taz does cry when left alone.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taz, a Surrey Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Surrey, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Surrey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Surrey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Surrey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Surrey paves the way for another one to be saved.
