Toffee's Info...

I am a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Toffee's Story...
this poor girl was removed from a hoarding situation. she is only about 6-7 mths old and until now, has never been touched or petted in her life. she had to be trapped and is terrified of everyone, but is slowly coming around. she is in foster care and they are working with her to help her overcome her human fear. she loves other dogs and is wonderful with cats. she seems pretty healthy asside from having worms, which she will be treated for. she is getting used to being indoors and is learning to use a wee-wee pad. this precious girl will make someone a wonderful companion....if you have the love and patience to devote to her. please consider giving her a chance for a loving home. if you would be interested in meeting her, please email mary at corvetteluver01@yahoo.com

If you are serious about adopting a pooch please email us and we will be happy to send you adoption information and an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toffee, a Allentown Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
