Our dear Sepia has had a string of bad luck. Sepia has been tossed from home to home, so it was inevitable that she became homeless in the streets of South LA. A good Samaritan coaxed Sepia away from a group of homeless dogs and brought her to us. We have discovered that she has severe hip dysplasia in both hips, so surgery has been scheduled to address her condition. Though she has probably been experiencing pain for a long time, Sepia is still playful with both people and other dogs. Sepia is a true stunner with a beautiful chestnut coat, and a gem with her sweet personality. Forte Animal Rescue will cover Sepia's surgical expenses, though we are desperately seeking monetary donations to cover the costs, as well as a foster who will provide a home during her recovery. It is time to end her bad luck and show her that life is full of love and kindness, and that she truly matters.
If you are interested in meeting Sepia, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.
[Sepia was born in Mar/09 and 50-55 lbs.]
