I am already spayed, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
Mama's Story...
Mama has been at our shelter for about 8 years. She is listed as "special needs" because she has not had a lot of interaction with people until recently. Over the past year I have had consistent contact with Mama and she has really come around. She comes over to me once I walk in the room. She loves to be pet (not too close to her face though). I can even pick her up briefly. If she is adopted she will need a patient person to help her get comfortable with her new surroundings and her new humans. When you watch the video you'll be able to hear Mama purring towards the end.
