Loki is not in the Closer to Home Animal Advocates program. We are listing him as a courtesy to his owner and we will help screen applications to adopt.
Loki is a 5-year-old neutered male Siberian Husky. He and his friend, Phelan (she is listed under our rescue, as well), must find new homes soon. Loki is a sweet dog but skittish with new people that come into his home. It just takes him a little time to warm up. However, he is happy to greet strangers when he is out on a walk. He is house trained, crate trained and good with kids. Loki can be a little aggressive with smaller female dogs but is submissive to bigger males. He is NOT good with cats. A fenced yard is required but Loki will be fine with a 4' high fence. An Invisible fence is not acceptable.
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out and submit our
online application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.
