Rex--adopted!!'s Story...
I’m Rex, about a one year old dobie mix. I used to live on a farm with other dogs but they picked on me so my owner figured I wasn’t fitting in very well and would probably be happier in another home. I love to go out and play with my buddies here at the rescue. It is so much fun! I won’t hurt another animal but can play a little rough at times and given the chance, being young, I like the game of chase, so if you need someone to exercise your kitty then I’m your guy! In a short amount of time I make friends with all the animals and would love to snuggle up for a nap as well! Hope you can take me home with you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex--adopted!!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
