This is a courtesy posting for City of Shasta Lake Animal Shelter. All animals are considered URGENT. The shelter is small and always in need of more kennel space. For more information on this dog, please contact: RescueRachel93@gmail.com
LITTLE MAN is really scared in the shelter environment, so it's hard to get a good idea of his personality. LITTLE MAN did open up some when let out into the yard. He seems okay with people and came into the shelter as a stray, along with another dog huge dog that a rescue took in leaving Little Man behind
Little Man looks like he was cared for most likely an inside dog, he's really sad that his buddy he could lean on is gone and the rescue left him behind not that there was a reason the big Newfie mix they thought would get adopted faster than a Chihuahua mix
At the pound they have him posted as a Chihuahua Terrier but it really looks more Min Pin than anything when you meet him
He's tall, nice healthy coat and the head is not as wide as it looks in the picture
He looks to be about 2 years old or so and maybe weighs like 12 pounds
I hope someone will find it in their hearts to take him in, he's lonely and scared in the cold pound
