Zeus's Story...
Zeus - Large Long Haired Siamese, male. Scheduled to be neutered on March 18th - will also receive his basic vaccination. $45 adoption fee. He is a VERY friendly kitty who made himself right at home. He loves sitting in window sills, and obviously laying on anything soft and fluffly like himself. I haven't heard him made a peep, very quiet kitty. He has a 'bobbed' appearing tail, but if you feel his tail you can actually tell there is kinks in his tail where it was probably broken before? He could use regularly brushings a couple times a week, but stays pretty clean himself.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Yakima Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Yakima, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Yakima.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yakima already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yakima breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yakima paves the way for another one to be saved.
