Howdy folks!! My name is Jake, Jake Putman!!! I am 8 years young. Me and my brother, Casper, were both living up north in Prescott. Our owner passed away suddenly, and luckily our neighbor found us and was able to get a rescue group to help us out. We were without our dad for a pretty long time. and now we are hoping to find a new forever family!!
I am not sure if Casper and I will need to stay together, as we may be great alone with our new families. I guess that's something the beagle rescue will decide. Oh, and by the way, I'm the smaller of us two boys!!!
If you think you might like to meet me, please contact AZBR and let them know you would like to set up an appointment to meet me. I can't wait!! I promise to be one good boy!!!
Rescue Group Info...
Arizona Beagle Rescue (AZBR) is a statewide 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to saving homeless beagles through rescue efforts, adoption and education on the breed. AZBR works in cooperation with animal shelters and humane agencies throughout AZ to reduce the euthanasia of adoptable animals by providing foster homes, veterinary services and training for all the beagles in our care. AZBR offers breed specific resources and training referrals to promote lifelong relationships between beagles and their companions.
AZBR operates solely on donations and has no shelter of its own; instead a statewide network of volunteers open their homes and hearts to provide foster care for rescued dogs until qualified, loving forever homes are found.
AZBR is an all-volunteer organization. Dogs are fostered in volunteer homes. Beagles can be seen at more than a dozen adoption events throughout the year.
