My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Miss Piglet. It's either because I looked like a pig when I was a baby, or because I'm a diva like Miss Piggy the Muppet! Either way, I am convinced that I am the queen of the world.

I was born sometime in July 2011 and left in a Petsmart parking lot. Some kind folks took me in and helped me get to a rescue. I am deaf, but I don't let that slow me down one bit! The one thing I hate worst of all is when someone (dog, person, whoever) thinks they don't like me. Then it's my job to change their minds! I won't let anyone not like me, so I will cuddle and play with them until they realize what a wonderful girl I am. Big dogs, little dogs, even dogs that think they are going to try to be mean to me...I have been around them all at the rescue. I INSIST that they will love me, and after a little play time with me I can change all of their minds and have them catering to my every whim!

So here I am, young and playful and cuddly (I LOVE laps and snuggling in the bed), already housebroken, and so very smart, too. No one would even know I was deaf! The folks that took me in didn't figure it out for the longest time. The only thing would be that I would need a home with a hearing dog that I could take some cues off of - even better if it was someone I could play with and boss around! I get along with everyone (though I have not been around cats) and I am still very young so I love to play all the time. Come take me home so I can rule YOUR world!
