Lola's Story...
Lots Of Lovin’ Assured…..yep, that’s me- LOLA! I am so very sweet, friendly and affectionate with people, and boy o boy I love to play. I do really well with other dogs too…I've been playing with big dogs, little dogs, boy dogs, girl dogs…Ok you get my drift, I like other dogs! I haven't met the kitty cat yet, so we'll have to see how that goes but I have a feeling that I'll like him too. I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky gal with a goofy attitude and silly sense of humor. I adore children, as long as hey are sturdy enough to enjoy my occasionally over- exuberant affection. I do need to freshen up on my manners, and I think training class would be great fun- it'll be a total win win! I am crate trained already, and my leash skills are getting better by the day, now that's a pretty good start if you ask me. I really am a lovely girl, just bursting at the seams with potential! I’v been cooped up in shelters for a while now, so I’d really like an opportunity to get out and experience this great big world…I want so badly to show off what a wonderful girl I am! 2 years old-55lbs. My adoption fee is $120 and includes; spay, microchip, reduced cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
