Hi! I’m Dorothy! I am a 6 year old, Female, brown tabby. I was rescued on Feb. 17th by The Pet rescue Center. I was dumped at OC Shelter by my family who was having financial problems. I have lived indoors, with the same family, my whole life. I am declawed in the front, so I MUST be an indoor kitty forever. I am very playful and did very well with the children I had in the previous home. I love to cuddle and hang out on the couch. Come get to know me and see what a lover I am!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at info@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
