Reno's Story...
My name is Reno I am a very very special doggie. I was rescued from NC and I was beaten very badly. My foster mom, Amy (Director of WRAR) has been very patient with me and that is not an easy task because she is not patient or quite. I love going for walks. I am housebroken LOVE LOVE LOVE other doggies. I could care less about kitties and I am actually kind of afraid of them.

I am under a year but we have really no idea. Please call Amy with any questions. 617-459-3022

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reno, a New Boston Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever/Golden Retriever for sale in New Boston, or seeking a Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in New Boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
