THIS GORGEOUS BORDER COLLIE IS ABOUT TWO YEARS OF AGE. HE WAS HIT BY A TRUCK AND SUFFERED A BROKEN LEG. LUCKY FOR HIM, A KIND-HEARTED WITNESS TO HIS INJURY (WHO HAPPENED TO BE A NURSE) STOPPED AND PROVIDED FIRST AID AND THEN RUSHED HIM TO THE VET. AFTER A SERIES OF CASTS AND TLC, LUCKY MADE A FULL RECOVERY AND IS DOING FINE. HE IS NOW READY FOR A HOME. THIS DOG IS SO SMART! CHECK OUT THE PHOTO WHERE HE REMOVES THE CAST HIMSELF (IT WAS TIME FOR REMOVAL). LUCKY IS HOUSETRAINED AND IS GREAT WITH CHILDREN AND OTHER DOGS. HIS IDEAL HOME WOULD BE WITHOUT CATS. HE THINKS ITS GREAT FUN TO OCCASIONALLY PLAY CHASE WITH THE TWO CATS IN HIS FOSTER HOME. LUCKY IS A VERY SWEET DOG WHO LOVES ATTENTION. HE WOULD BE A GREAT COMPANION OR FAMILY PET. Adoption includes neuter surgery, shots, flea prevention, dewormer and kennel cough vaccine. A seven day trial period is included as part of the adoption so you can make sure the pet is right for your family. Please call or email for more information.
