My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Morris's Cat-Tale: Morris was born approximately March 2006. He is a wonderful, playful, affectionate cat - very much a kitten in an adult body. He was relinquished by his owner who could not care for him due to financial/health problems. They had a breeding population in the home. We helped get all of them spayed/netuered and found many of them homes. Morris is worth meeting, for his copper colored eyes are as shiny as his 'purr-sonality'.
From his new mom : December 23, 2007 - his cat housemate is 'Cheryl':

"Morris is doing very well! He and Cheryl took a few weeks to sort out their boundaries and now are getting along wonderfully -- they even clean one another's faces and "spoon" on a regular basis. I tried the tricks you suggested with the litter box issue a few months ago and it hasn't recurred -- I'm guessing it was just nervous new-home jitters. Also, I think he might be responding better to a different cat food because his coat is shiner and he looks better than ever. Lately, Morris's contentment has been evident in his growing belly, so he and Cheryl both had to start a new diet two weeks ago. I thought they'd be mad at me for "depriving" them (pssht!), but as it turns out they are even more affectionate when there's a chance they'll get extra food out of the deal ;-)

He's the most laid back and peacefully bemused cat I've ever met -- he even hands me his paws when it's time to clip them, honest to goodness (whereas I practically have to peel Cheryl's death grip off the ceiling fan). He's just so good.
Thanks so much for your continued interest in Morris's life; I can't thank you enough for parting with him. He really is my best little buddy and he's made our house complete."
