Here's what the humans have to say about me:
EMMY LOU IS NOT AT THE SHELTER. SHE IS CURRENTLY IN A FOSTER HOME.
Emmy-Lou is the proud mother of 7 puppies and she is an excellent mother. She has a very gentle demeanor and she's very patient with her sometime demanding puppies. Emmy is house trained and sleeps in her crate at night. The door is currently off the crate to allow her access to her water bowl. Emmy sits for her dinner and is currently learning to "sit-up". She is also working on walking on a leash and even though she doesn't pull hard, if allowed free rein she will dart back and forth and circle around you. The hound in her finds many interesting things to smell. Emmy will try and get your attention when she wants to go outside, normally just a whimper, but if you ignore her for too long, she will come up to you and bark. She's great to have in the house and likes to be where the family is, especially if there's someone who will scratch her ears. She listens to the command "go lie down" which works very well when the family is dining. She is very clever and has great potential to learn much more.
