My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar
Oscar was coming into a local pound as I was leaving with 2 dogs who were on death row. I saw this shaking scared little guy and I knew I couldn't leave him since the executioner was coming the next day to empty out the runs. So I whisked him away thinking he was an ancient guy who had limited time left. Well he has since blossomed in his foster home and looks and feels great now that he has gotten cleaned up & is living the good life. His teeth were horrid so he had a dental to restore his pearly whites. He is a spunky guy and is not quite as old as we first thought after seeing him in his neglected condition. We are putting him at around 9 years old which is middle aged for a small dog like Oscar. He weighs less than 10 pounds and is neutered and up to date with his shots. He likes to interact with the other dogs but he is timid around strangers. He obviously did not have a very good life so far so please submit an online application if you think you can change that for him.
