My name is Monty and I can’t wait to meet you. I will be putty in your hands, just waiting for someone to mold me into the perfect boy I know I can become. Look at my big goofy, gorgeous face and tell me you aren’t in love! I am crate trained plus I am learning some basic commands, but because I am still just a puppy I will need a home with patience and consistency. I am big in size but still just a baby in my head. I am eager to love and learn and get a home of my own. If you are looking for a fun, happy, lovable guy I am looking for a home! 6 months old- 44lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; current shots, neuter, microchip, 5 week Training Class, free veterinary exam (SE Portland/Milwaukie area) ,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monty, a Portland Rottweiler/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Husky for sale in Portland, or seeking a Rottweiler/Husky dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Husky breeders who help with Rottweiler/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
