Lila's Story...
Lila is the sweetest girl! She is about a year old and weighs 45 pounds. Lila has a wonderful dispositon with one exception...she seems to have a jealousy issue, so she would do best as the only dog in the household. Lila is a German Shepherd mix, and judging from how much she loves to play fetch, it might be a good guess that the other half might be a Labrador Retriever. Lila is very loving and attentive, and will form a very close bond with her new family. She will make a loving, joyful, and protective companion. Lila's adoption fee is $135, and includes up to date vaccines, negative heartworm test and current prevention, spay, and microchip. To find out more about Lila, please email reinashouse@yahoo.com, or call 336-552-9885.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lila, a Eden German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Eden, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Eden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eden paves the way for another one to be saved.
