My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tex is an awesome PUREBRED SEAL COLORPOINT RAGDOLL, six years old, who came in with Leo. Tex was so cute when he came in; he was a bit grumpy, but then he when he decided he loved his foster, he loved his foster.


He is extremely sweet, gets along well with the ladies (he loves lady cats and lady humans), though he was in a family home including a small child before he came into rescue.


Tex has a sad story we have to share. He was actually a wedding gift between a couple and has been with them for six years. Through no fault of theirs, he has had to come into rescue. We think this makes Tex even more special.


He seems to be happy and would do well in any home.


Adoption fee is $200.



Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states.

Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
