Mya was found in an apartment with kittens a few years ago. Since then, she has been living in a foster home. She was a wonderful mother, and even now, just seems to love kittens, and is fine with other cats. She is sweet, but is not a lap cat and does not really like to cuddle, except on her own terms. She is a bit of a diva and very independent. She positively does not like dogs, and would do best in a home that does not have young children. She has a heart murmur, but does fine and even walks on a leash. She hates to be picked up and will whine and flop and scratch. She gets depressed in a crate, and would do best in a home that does not want a clingy cat, where her independence would be appreciated. We hope she sounds like your kind of cat, because it would be wonderful for her to have a forever home of her own.
