Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sissy is a 9 year old female West Highland White Terrier who, due to no fault of her own, was surrendered by her owner. Sissy came from a commercial breeder. She is sweet, gentle, and very friendly. In Sissy’s former life, she tore a ligament in her knee and now is on a daily supplement to help her with her pain and joint movement. Being a 25 lb. dog, carrying Sissy up and down stairs would get tiring (her foster mom use to carry her a lot!) so a home with no stairs is best for her. Sissy is on a high quality diet due to a sensitive stomach. Sissy is a sweet girl who is crate trained, potty trained (needs to be let out at least every 4 hours due to her age), is super mellow and loves to lay around the house. Sissy would make a great leisurely walking companion, as she is a slow walking dog. Sissy loves other dogs and children. She is a wonderful companion for the relaxed and laid back family. Sissy’s adoption fee is $275.00.
Wag n Train Terrier Rescue adopts only to people living in states neighboring Nebraska and requires the adopter to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not transport or fly our rescued dogs. A securely fenced yard is necessary to adopt one of our terriers. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment for terriers.
