My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tex is a beautiful 6 year old blond boy and he is a total Sweetheart! Why we keep finding these great labs in shelters is beyond me, but thank goodness he is not there anymore. Tex is the nicest guy ever and wants to make friends with anyone who crosses his path. This boy is average is size weighing about 60 lbs. He is currently living with a family who has four children (the youngest is 3 years old) and two other dogs. Words from his foster mom – “He gets along wonderfully with everyone. Tex loves to play with tennis balls and is a ton of fun, but settles down like a big couch potato when he's inside. A perfect mix! He also loves going for rides in the car and is a sucker for a good belly rub. We have no idea why he ended up in a high kill shelter. This guy is a dream.” Tex would be great in any family and would be your constant companion. He would love to go for walks and just hang out in the yard while you do your gardening.
Tex is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies, and micro-chipped. He is also on flea/tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
