Imagine life is good, you're riding high and then one day you go home and you're locked out! Well, when Big Baby came home one day, that's exactly what happened. after his guardian died suddenly. Fortunately Big Baby had a guardian angel who saved not only him but 3 other of his cat companions. He may be resting comfortably for the moment in a containment area of his foster home, but that's just not the same as a real home with room to explore and enjoy being part of the family. Baby Kitty is 7 years young, neutered, micro-chipped and will be up to date on vaccinations. If you're into big cats and cats who like to do some talking, Big Baby would fit the bill! This adoption is based on a 'love-offering' rather than a set adoption fee to an approved home. To request a pre-adoption application please email: :

About Divine Intervention

About Our Rescue Group...

Divine Intervention is a one person "organization" whose capacity is much more limited than the larger rescue organizations. Therefore I am not able to assist with personal requests for placement assistance. Please refer to the larger organizations for this. My abilites to serve are based on my belief in what the following story illustrates.

A young girl is on the beach picking up starfish that have washed up onto the shore and is throwing them back into the safety of the ocean. A man sees this and asks, "Miss, why do you waste your time doing something which is so futile? Starfish continually wash up onto miles of shoreline. Certainly you don't believe that what you do makes much of a difference?" Without skipping a beat, the girl picked up another starfish and as she threw it back into the ocean to preserve it's life she said, "Sure made a difference to that one!"

We can all make a difference, even if it is only to help one! I do what I can do to help those who enter my path, which have been many over the years. I don't seek them out, rather they find me. They are my starfish, you are their ocean!

Come Meet Our Pets...

All pet viewings are by appointment. I prefer to show off the pet in your home and take care of the home check at the same time.

Our Adoption Process...

I don't believe in "Free to Good Home" ads and anyone who utilizes this site agrees to a small adoption fee. which is used to help offset the costs of preparing a pet for adoption (such as spay/neuter, vaccinating, etc.) and to discourage certain individuals who seek to acquire "free to good home" animals for inhumane purposes. To further ensure that the pet is going into a home that is safe and appropriate for the specific pet, prior to an adoption I require a filled out adoption agreement prior to a telephone interview and a home check. These things increase the potential for a successful placement and a happy ending for both pet and adopter which is my number one goal.
