Stella's Story...
Please say hello to Stella. Stella is part of our "s litter." Their mom Jasmine (who can be found on our available females page http://www.bigdogsbighearts.com/AvailableDogsFemale.html) was brought into a local shelter. Shortly after we committed to saving her we found out that she was pregnant. Jasmine gave birth to 8 amazing little puppies on the evening of February 7th. Sadly, we did loose one little guy, Scout. Fortunately, the seven other pups which consist of four males and three females have been growing like weeds, eating like it is their job and turning into great little playful puppies! All seven puppies will be available for adoption by late April/early May.

Stella is an out going, confident girl. She was jet black but is getting a bit lighter in color. She has always had a white dot on her neck just like her mom. Stella loves to play and will always be one of the first to explore a new area or toy. Stella loves to play.

More information on to come on Stella as her personality develops...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stella, a Rochester/Buffalo Siberian Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Rochester/Buffalo, or seeking a Siberian Husky puppy from a breeder in Rochester/Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester/Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester/Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester/Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
