Cooper is just a little guy . . . but don't tell him that!! Cooper is about 3 months old and always seems to be up for fun! He's friendly, playful and full of kisses for everyone! His mom was a 6-pound Toy Poodle and we're thinking his dad may have been a beagle, making Cooper a mini-Beagle! He's being fostered in a home with teens and dogs and he's doing great with his leash training and house training!
