My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approximate DOB: March 2008
Baby Girl spent her early years as an unspayed female cat giving birth to litter after litter of kittens. When her final litter of seven kittens was born in August 2011, the family was rescued and brought into foster care with Furry Friends Network. Baby Girl cared for her kittens until they were weaned (see photo of Baby Girl and kittens) and then she was spayed and retired ! to a lif e of comfort and leisure. At first, she didn’t know what to do with herself. She quickly adjusted to being indoors, but she didn’t know much about playing or being pampered. She tolerated being around other kitties in her foster home, but showed no interest in making friends with them. Slowly, over time, Baby Girl has blossomed into the lovely kitty she was always meant to be. She is a sweet lap cat that loves being brushed and enjoys the company of her foster parents. She has learned that it is OK to relax and do silly things like chase feather wands and laser lights. She has also learned that being petted, sweet-talked, and held is actually quite enjoyable! Baby Girl would be a perfect companion for someone with a quiet lifestyle who wants a kitty in their lap and someone to snuggle and play with. Baby Girl is a quiet kitty and very undemanding. All she wants is a forever home to call her own, and someone to love and cherish her.

This kitty has had her initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea/tick preventative, has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered.
