My name is Coco and I am a long-haired spayed gray/white maine coon mix female kitten who was born on June 20, 2011. I am spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, been wormed and frontline plus flea treatment applied. I am litter box trained. Tested negative for FIV/HW and positive for FeLv. I am very loving and adore attention. I love sitting at the window watching the birds and squirrels. I am ready to find my new family to share all the love I have to offer. If you think you are the special family who has room in their heart for a very special lady, contact WCR about adopting me today. FeLv is not a death sentence, I am healthy at this time. My best friend Dusty is available too, we would love to be adopted together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a Spotsylvania Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Spotsylvania, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Spotsylvania.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spotsylvania already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spotsylvania breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spotsylvania paves the way for another one to be saved.
