Bear's Story...
Hi everybody. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bear. I am a Lab/Husky/Mastiff mix. Talk about a cool combination don't you think?
I was born on November 9, 2005. I was surrendered to a shelter up north because I "outgrew my home". My previous owners had me since I was a little puppy.
Now I am going to tell you all kinds of neat things about me. I am an indoor dog. I am housebroken and crate trained. I like other dogs. I play fetch and I'll throw the ball or frisbee right back to you. I know the commands sit, down and high 5. I'm a playful dog who is good with new people I meet.
I think I sound like the dog you've been waiting for. Just ask for Bear!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Sheboygan Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
