Duke's Story...
My name is Duke. I am just over one year old. I was found last summer running along a busy road. My rescuers could not find my owners but did find me a new home on a farm, which I loved. My owners are splittng up and my mom moved where pets are not allowed. My dad drives a truck and is not home much, so now I am on the search again for a permanet home. This makes me sad and I need a family that will keep me forever. I am such a sweet boy, and funny too. I love water and riding in the car. I love all people, children and dogs, but I do get excited when playing and can play a little rough but I am working on that. If you need some serious loyal love and companionship in your life I am your boy! Call 770-787-8042 or email hollybell2010@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Conyers Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Conyers, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
