Rowlf's Story...
Hi my name is Rowlf. I am a beautiful little girl Husky mix. My Momma had us babies under an outbuilding at a school and she got Animal Control called on all of us. Animal Control contacted this rescue and we have been living here ever since. I look at lot like my sister Animal but I have one blue eye. That makes me more unique than she is. I am up to date on all my shots and I am scheduled to be fixed. My birthday is estimated to be 2/11/2012. Please consider me as your new family member.

To find out more information about this pup please email us at heathershouseofhounds@gmail.com. We will provide information about our process/paperwork and you can request an application there as well. Thank you and we look forward to helping you find your new fur-ever friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rowlf, a Allentown Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Husky puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
