Levi's Story...
Levi is a 2 to 3 year old rough coat knee-high male Saint Bernard. He was rescued from a life of living chained up in a backyard. He currently weighs around 120 pounds. Though he was undersocialized, he is very sweet and loving with everyone that he meets and loves to cuddle and get and give loves. Surprisingly, he is housetrained and hasn't had any accidents since coming into foster care. He gets along with most dogs that he meets, but not all. If you are interested in meeting Levi, please download an adoption application from our web site at www.sunnysaints.org and submit it as instructed and you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Levi, a Bellflower St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
