Remy's Story...
He is one of the sweetest kittens I've ever known! Approx. 7 months this poor boy was found in a tree 4 stories up. He was a very popular boy and one that worried a lot of people. Sadly this poor boy was scared by a neighbor's PitBull and it chased him up that darn tree.

What was worse, the owners never came out 1 time in 5 days to help him or us/the neighbors to get him down. Lots of sleepless nights.

Remy came down and fell into the arms of us rescuers. He's never wanted to be anywhere else but with anyone who will give him love and attention. He is the nicest, most love-able boy ever. He's even great with our gentle dog.

He has the most adorable extra toes on 3 paws, one does not have them. It's no wonder he was such an expert tree climber when he accidentally (?) got out of that home.

Remy is looking for a safe home, one with tons of love and attention and hopefully one with another pet he can love too.

Remy is up to date on shots, FIV/FELV neg, fixed and dewormed.

He is a very special boy. To adopt, please call 908 578 4354 or email - saracats.julia@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Remy, a Berkeley Hts Hemingway/Polydactyl cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hemingway/Polydactyl for sale in Berkeley Hts, or seeking a Hemingway/Polydactyl cat from a breeder in Berkeley Hts.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley Hts already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley Hts breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hemingway/Polydactyl breeders who help with Hemingway/Polydactyl rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley Hts paves the way for another one to be saved.
