I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Mona's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Mona's Story...
It was a rough patch of road that brought Mona to her rescuer, pregnant, ruffed-up, scared, and rail thin. A kind couple and their 4 other dogs nurtured, hand fed, and loved sweet Mona back to life. Not enough room for them to keep her but we have assured them we would find her a great home. She is still VERY untrusting and lacking in confidence but she now believes there is love in the world, even for a little black and tan dog. Mona greets adults with reserve and caution but children (8-9 years) are her peeps.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you sterilized, up-to-date on shots, microchipped and treated for internal and external parasites. An adoption fee of $185 will help offset the cost of care.

If you are looking for the pefect companion, please go to www.mikeyschance.com for detailed information on all of our adoptable canine friends, as well as applications to adopt or foster. We look forward to working with you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mona, a Seattle Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
