Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ariel is a 1 to 1 1/2 year old Doxie/Shepherd mix. She came to us from a high kill pound in Northwest IN with her 8 puppies. All her pups have found homes and now it is Ariel's turn!
Ariel came to us heartworm positive. After 3 months of medical care, Ariel is healthy, but will need to be retested on 4/20/12 to be sure she is still heartworm free. If her test is negative, she will then be spayed. Ariel is microchipped, current on vaccines, and deworming.
Ariel is GREAT with other dogs big or small, great with kids of all ages, and has no food aggression issues. She walks nicely on a leash and is learning some commands such as sit, stay, and off. She is completely potty trained a crate trained and loves to snuggle.
If you are interested in Ariel, please contact our Canine Adoption Coordinator, at dogadoptions@rornfp.org for more info. Please note, we do not have a building, so there are no "viewing hours". Please email for an application as our volunteers may not be able to return your call promptly. Thank you.
