Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sampson. This beautiful boy is a 2 – 3 year old Great Pyrenees. He is BIG and BEAUTIFUL! Sampson gets along well with his foster brother, a little Beagle, and he ADORES his human foster mom and sister! He is a big love -- but he is young and still working out some puppy "stuff". Sampson is learning what is and isn't his to chew on when he gets bored and if has the proper chew toys, he does very well. Also crating would help with this training effort. Like most Great Pyrs, Sampson has a stubborn streak and he is very smart. He walks the perimeter of his foster mom's backyard and will bark if alerted to something. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped and current on heartworm and flea prevention. This big boy would make a great addition to the right family. He is housebroken. If you are interested in applying to adopt Sampson – we ask that you check out this link http://www.justdogbreeds.com/great-pyrenees.html to learn more about Great Pyrenees – they are a strong breed and not the breed for every dog owner. Sampson is being fostered in Huntsville, AL. To apply to adopt Sampson, please email us at info@FORrescue.net for an application.
