My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buster!

Buster is a 1 year old, 85lb Pit Bull that is looking for his forever home. He was found wandering along the Santa Ana River Trail with no collar. After being turned into the shelter, no owner had come forward so we decided to rescue him. Now he is safe and sound in foster care:) Here are some things they have to say about him:

-He is very well behaved. He knows how to sit and they are working on "stay".

-He seems to be housetrained. He holds his potty until Jeff (his foster) gets home to take him out of his dog run in the back yard. The dog run is on grass and he still holds his potty! He is getting used to the enclosure and willingly goes into it.

-He is very playful and loves toys!

-Jeff (foster) took him for a jog this morning and he was a champ! He trotted alongside him the entire time and kept pace with him. He will be great in an active household. He definitely needs good exercise since he's young and HUGE!

-Jeff walked him for a while tonight and they encountered a few cats in the neighborhood. Buster was curious but just watched the cats for a while and then continued to walk. He did not lunge or act aggressive.

Buster has made a new best friend- a 25lb Bichon named Rocket! Rocket likes to position himself right under Buster and hang out. So cute!
