Don't let Noelle's age fool you. She has a lot of spunk and does not seem her age at all. Noelle and her house mate Hound Dog, Maggie were owner surrendered to the SPCA due to landlord issues. They are both wonderful dogs and would make a perfect pet to any family. They do NOT need to be adopted together. Great with dogs, cats and children.
