Jaycee is VERY loving, always wants to be around you just to cuddle or have you pet him. He wants to show you how much you mean to him, its soo cute. This boy came from a loving home but unfortunately his family was no longer able to care for him. He is a sweet natured, loving little dog that fit into just about any situation. Jaycee is approximately 2 year old and ready to find his forever home.

Jaycee seems to love everyone, no problems around children, but he doesnt seem to take a particular interest in them either. He shows no aggression at all, not even when taking treats, food, or toys away. He loves everything, no fear unless you approach him to quickly he tends to run. He gets along well with all the dogs I have introduced him too, he especially loves dogs his size. UnfortunatelyI have not had an opportunity to introduce him to a cat or kitten, but i have a feeling he wouldn't have any interest.
Jaycee is very well behaved and there has been no bad behaviour at all. He doesn't chew, bark, cry, whine, get into the garbage, and he is fully house trained. He is really happy to see you when you come home. He runs to the door and jumps up and rests his head on your leg while standing so you can pet him.
He is not shy and has no fear toward noises. The only fear he shows is when you approach him to quickly, or if you use your hands for signs I.E. STAY he seems to be afraid that your going to hit him :-( His favourite thing is to be cuddled. He also loves sleeping on the bed.
He has a moderate energy level, WAY under what he should be for a Jack Russell. He just loves to cuddle and be loved. As long as he has that he's happy. He does not seem to shed much either. Jaycee is extremely quiet and would be fine in an apartment. He does whine a bit when he wants attention but only if you are sitting down.
Jaycee knows his basic commands such as sit, come, off, no, go pee or go for a walk, and shake a paw. He is fully house trained, he has had no accidents in the house and knows to ask for the door. I have not used a crate with him and he does not need to be crated. He travels well in the car and will just lie down for a nap. He walks well on leash. He begs but no barking or whining. He does not try to bolt out the door or leave your side. He wants to be with you :-) and is a wonderful little companion.
Jaycee really needs to go to a home thats going to give him lots of love. He is a wonderful pet with a great personality and he is always happy.
