Hoppy is a playful cream neutered male Chihuahua puppy who was found as a stray in East Los Angeles and brought to Downey Animal Care Center on February 20th. Weighing thirteen pounds, he would much rather be carried than walk on leash. He is fine with other dogs and very nice with people. Hoppy will make the perfect walking companion for an active individual or family in any living situation.
