Sugar's Story...
Sugar is an incredible beauty with a long, soft coat and expressive eyes. She has grown up in a very loving foster home, and is used to gentle cuddling and handling. This young beauty enjoys playing with toys, romping with her littermates and mom, and snuggling with her foster family.

Her adoption fee of $75 covers spay, vaccines, deworming and testing for FeLV/FIV. If adopted with one of her littermates (Purrsy, Sweetness, Jumper and Bob) or mom (Bellarina), the adoption fee will be $120 for both.

Sugar will be available for adoption toward the end of April. Applications taken now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sugar, a Schertz Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Schertz, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schertz paves the way for another one to be saved.
