Cade is an adult that his owners put outside and basically neglected once the new baby came, then ultimately they gave him up completely. Cade is sweet, good with the other dogs, and just wants to be loved. Cade is a bit shy, until he is sure of someone's intentions. That will go away with a loving family or person. Cade just needs to know that he is loved and important. That's not asking too much, is it?
